Preparation
Step 1
First we mixed a single box of regular Chebe in my Kitchen Aide mixer according to the directions on the box. (you'll need olive oil, water, eggs and shredded cheese. I used an Italian blend.) You don't need a heavy duty mixer, but since I have one - might as well!
Once blended, you will have doh that has the exact consistency of play doh. Take the doh out of the blender and start rolling small balls. Of course, you can put them right back into the bowl you blended the doh in, but I like something a little more colorful and fun :)
Next, we cut and tore apart an entire package of pepperonis. Hormel actually says "gluten free" right on the bag. Of course, the entire bag didn't make it into the bowl. For my granddaughter, it was "one for the bowl, one for me." But isn't that part of the fun? I gave her a plastic serrated knife, but this was a little too difficult for her yet. So I just had her tear them. (more fine motor opportunities.) I quartered the pepperonis I cut - several at a time.
Also add into the bowl, approximately 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. Using your hands, gently mix and then pour everything into a prepared bundt pan. (I just sprayed mine with Pam.)
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. I should have let it cool for 10-20 minutes (or longer?) in the pan, but we were too excited. I dumped it upside down onto a plate - and it was beautiful! (even if it did lose some of its shape because I was impatient.)
Let it cool a bit, add a bowl of pizza sauce for dipping - and go for it!
