Ingredients

  • 2 cups Wheat Chex
  • 2 cups Corn Chex
  • 2 cups Rice Chex
  • 2 cups Bran Chex
  • 1 cup salted mixed nuts and/or pretzel
  • sticks
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Step 1

Preheat oven to 250deg. Heat butter in shallow baking pan in oven until melted. Remove. Stir in seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce. Add chex, nuts and/or pretzels. Mix until all pieces are coated. Heat in oven 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Spread on absorbent paper to cool. Makes about 9 cups.
NOTE: Chex Party Mix may be frozen, so make a double batch. Thaw at room temperature in container in which it was stored.
