Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bacon chopped
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 2 t. Djon mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese
  • 2-3 scalliions, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

400 oven

Cook chopped bacon, drain

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, mustard, swiss cheese and scallions. Add bacon pieces.

Bake 15 - 18 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Serve with toast baguettes ot tostitos
