Ingredients

  • 1 frozen deep dish pie crust
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup dulce de leche
  • 2 ripe bananas, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Bake pie crust 8 to 10 min. Let cool for 5 min.

Beat cream with sugar and vanilla until firm peaks form when beaters are lifted, 2 to 3 min. Scrape half the cream into a small bowl. Beat in dulce de leche until blended.

Arrange half of the banana slices on warm pie crust. Spread dulce de leche cream on bananas, covering completely. Arrange remaining banana slices overtop. Spread remaining whipped cream over bananas. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
