- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- Ritz crackers - one tube
- 2 cup package of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 - 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 stick butter (melted)

Step 1
Drain corn and retain water. Mix 2 - 3 Tbsp of flour into corn water. Put corn in casserole dish. With finger, make indentation in the corn all the way to the bottom of the casserole dish. Using this indentation as a form of measurement, pour the corn water mixture in the corn so that it only comes up about halfway in the corn. Cover corn with cheese. Meanwhile, melt one stick of butter. Crush one tube of Ritz crackers and mix together with butter to make crumbly misture. Sprinkle over top of cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes or until the cracker topping is browned.
