Ingredients
- Meat Sauce:
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup ground beef
- 28 oz can of plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
- Bechemel Sauce:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 flour
- 4 cups hot milk
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Step 1
Meat Sauce:
Saute mushrooms and onion in olive oil.
Add parsley, garlic, and ground beef.
Cook until meat is browned.
Add tomatoes, stock, and seasonings.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Bechemel Sauce:
Cook butter and flour for 5 minutes.
Add milk and seasonings.
Lasagna:
In lasagna pan, layer meat sauce, noodles, bechamel sauce, parmesan cheese, noodles, meat sauce, bechamel sauce, noodles, bechamel sauce, and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
Lower heat to 375 and bake for 40 minutes.
