Fettucine Alfredo Sauce
Various chopped pre-cooked ( or microwaved / frozen ) vegetables, as well as seafood, such as shrimp, can be added to this simple sauce.

- 16 ounces fettuicne
- 9 ounces cubed cream cheese
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- pre-cooked chopped vegetables etc
- as desired

Step 1
Set fettucine on to boil. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, and cook on low until smooth. ( Do not allow to burn : check often, and gently stir as needed to prevent sticking. ) Remove from heat, and fold in any pre-cooked vegetables etc. Serve atop drained fettucine.
