Ingredients
- 1 lb Marshmellows (cut)
- 1 large can chunk pineapple (cut and drained)
- 1 medium size jar maraschino cherries (drained)
- 1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp Cream (whipping)
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice

1. Combine egg yolks, cream, and lemon juice in small pan. Stir over low heat until mixture thickens (soon after it comes to a boil. Cool

3. Add cooled cooked dressing to whipped cream. pour over fruit and marshmellows. Refrigerate overnight.
