Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 6 - 7 sweet potatoes (boiled and mashed)
• 1 stick butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 cup crushed Frosted Flakes Cereal
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup chopped pecans
• 1 stick butter, softened

Step 1

Mix altogether and put in baking dish (1 1/2 - 2 quart)

For topping, mix all ingredients together to make crumb topping.

Sprinkle over top of sweet potato mixture and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
