Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground Bob Evans Sage Stuffing
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 10 cups fresh bread cubes - assorted breads add lots of flavor
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 eg slightly beaten
- poultry seasoning

Step 1
Cook sausage, stirring untli browned. Remove with slotted spoon; drain reserving 2 Tbsp drippings. In drippings, saute onion, celery and mushrooms until tender - about 5 minutes. In large bowl, with fork, toss lightly with remaining ingredients and sausage until well combined. Put in 13x9 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Bake for 45 minutes or until bread is browned on top.
