- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup whipping cream.

Step 1
Melt together chocolate chips, corn syrup and 1/4 cup water. Cool. Combine, sugar, 1/4 cup water, egg whites, vanilla, and lemon juice. Beat to form soft peaks, 3-5 minutes. Beat whipping cream and fold in 1/2 chocolate and egg whites. Spoon 1/2 in pie shell, drizzle 1/2 chocolate. Add filling and chocolate. Freeze until firm, 4-6 hours.
