Ingredients
- 12 ounces surimi
- 2 cups sliced cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup fresh dill
- 1/3 cup ranch salad dressing, lowfat
- 1/3 cup nonfat sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Toss crab with veggies and dill. Toss gently.
2. Mix dressing and sour cream. Toss with crab.
Notes: Dried dill works too, just not as "fresh" tasting
