Ingredients

  • 1 package Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 2 package(s)vanilla pudding (instant, small packages)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar (plus more if needed)
  • milk to thin

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips and mix together with an electric hand mixer. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into a well greased Bundt cake pan and bake for one hour.

Cream Cheese Frosting:
Beat cream cheese and butter together. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Continue to add more powdered sugar and add milk one Tablespoon at a time until you get the desired consistency.
