Ingredients
- 2 lbs shredded hash browns (these can be fresh or frozen)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 8 oz shredded colby cheese

Step 1
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Place into the baking dish and bake for 40 minutes or until a golden brown.
