Ingredients

  • 2 lbs shredded hash browns (these can be fresh or frozen)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz shredded colby cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.

Place into the baking dish and bake for 40 minutes or until a golden brown.
