2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 T. vegetable oil
1 egg
3/4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed & drained)

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Use muffin cups or spray bottom only of muffin tin. Stir in all ingredients except blueberries just until moistened. Gently stir in blueberries. Bake 13-18 minutes, until golden brown.
