Ingredients

  • 2 lbs shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup beer

Preparation

Step 1

1. Saute garlic and herbs in b utter until garlic is slightly browned.

2. Add shrimp, stirring until pink and done. Pour in beer, simmer 1 min.

Notes: Serve as an appetizer, or a dinner over rice or with lots of crusty French bread to soak up all the tasty, herbalicious sauce!

This was unbelievably good and easy. Served it as an appetizer with French bread for a dinner with friends and it was the highlight of the meal. Just delicious.
