Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1/2 lb. sugar snap peas, ends trimmed and strings removed
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey

Step 1

Heat oil in large pan with lid over medium heat. Add asparagus and water. Cover and steam 5 minutes. Add peas, scallions, soy sauce and honey. Cover and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Season to tasate with salt and black pepper and serve warm or at room temperature.
