- wash and soak overnight:
- 1 cup wild rice - drain

Preparation
Step 1
Mix and simmer about 20 minutes:
1/4 lb. butter
4 - 6 oz. mushrooms, drained
8 1/2 oz. water chestnuts, slice and
drained
3 3/8 oz. almonds, sliced
1/4 cup green onions, slice and
include tops
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
Add 3 cups hot chicken broth.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
