  • 3 small zucchini's
  • 1 tomato
  • Shredded cheddar
  • S&P
  • Water

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer corn, zucchini, and small amount of water for approx. 7 min. Add tomato, simmer for 2 min. longer. Drain excess water. Add S&P. Melt shredded cheese on top.
