Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 13 oz. can cold evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 oz. lemon jello
- 1/2 cup boiling water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix pretzels, butter and sugar together and put in a 9" x 13" pan, (save enough to sprinkle on top). Dissolve jello in boiling water and cool. Cream sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese. Whip canned milk and fold in jello mixture. Add sugar, vanilla and cream cheese mixture and fold into whipped cream. Pour over pretzel mixture and sprinkle rest of pretzels on top. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
