Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 3 bananas (real ripe!)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp soda

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar; add beaten eggs; cream bananas until fluffy; add to sugar mixture, alternating with dry ingredients; add vanilla and nuts. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Bake on lower rack in oven to prevent burning.
