Toni Marie's Potatoes

Cheesy and delicious - kids loved them but not gluten free with the cream of chicken soup.

Ingredients
- 1 Bag frozen diced potatoes
- 1 can Cream of Chicken condensed soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Stick + 2 TBSP Butter, melted
- 1 1/2 Cups Corn Flakes, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam
Mix frozen potatoes, soup, onion, sour cream and cheese. Pour into prepared pan. Drizzle the 1 stick melted butter over top. Moisten corn flakes with 2 TBSP melted butter. Sprinkle over top.
Cover with tinfoil and bake for 45-50 minutes, until bubbly and browned on top and edges.
