  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 12 corn tortillas or (flour tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup green chile salsa
  • 1 small can sliced olives
  • 1 lb shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the chicken, chilies, soups, sour cream and onion; set aside. Warm tortillas in the microwave according to package directions. Layer half of the tortillas on the bottom of a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan, cutting to fit pan if desired. Top with half of the chicken mixture and half of the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
