Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 lbs. whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp parsley
- 2 eggs
- 3 oz. romano cheese
- salt, pepper, garlic to taste
- pasta sauce
- large pasta shells

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all in bowl and set aside.
2. Cook shells five-six minutes, rinse w/cold water.
3. Fill shells, pour sauce in pan and place shells ontop.
4. Sprinkle with romano
5. Bake at 350, covered, 40-45 minutes
