Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 lbs. whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 oz. romano cheese
  • salt, pepper, garlic to taste
  • pasta sauce
  • large pasta shells

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all in bowl and set aside.
2. Cook shells five-six minutes, rinse w/cold water.
3. Fill shells, pour sauce in pan and place shells ontop.
4. Sprinkle with romano
5. Bake at 350, covered, 40-45 minutes
