  • 1/2 C Bisquick
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 C milk
  • 1 C coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 T. butter, softened

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and pour into 9" pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is set, and has browned lightly on the surface.

It magically becomes a crust, a custard, and a coconut topping.

If you don't have Bisquick, make a mix of 1 C flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1 T. oil or melted butter.
