Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yeast
  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2/4 Tbsp white flour

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve years and sugar in water. Mix flour and salt together. Blend with yeast to form soft dough. Turn into floured board and kneed until if forms smooth ball. Place in greased bowl and let rise until doubled in size. Punch down and roll dough to fit pizza pan. Sprinkle seasame seeds on dough and plase seed side down in pan. Bake 8-10 minutes at 525 until crispy, lower temp to 450 until done.
