Ingredients
- 17 ounces sugar cookie dough, slice and bake
- 8 ounces neufchatel cheese
- 1/4 cup lowfat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- apricot jam
- sliced fruit

Preparation
Step 1
1. Slice cookies into 1/8" thick slices. Line sides and bottom of 14" sprayed pizza pan, overlapping slightly. Bake at 375 until brown (12-14 mins).
2. Beat cheese, cream, sugar, and extract. Spread over crust.
3. Slice up fruits and arrange on top. Brush with melted jam. Chill.
