10 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Clean potatoes
microwave 3 at a time for about 4 mins.until tender
Bake in 350 oven about 30 mins.(line base of oven with tin foil, they leak).Let cool slightly, peel, place in mixing bowl. Add butter, brown sugar, salt and mash up. Transfer to reheatable ceramic serving dish.
