Ingredients
- 1 2-3 lb pot roast
- 1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet of dry Au Jus mix
- 1 stick butter
- 4 - 6 pepperonchini peppers

Preparation
Step 1
Place roast in crock pot. Dump everything on top. Put lid on and let cook for 6-8 hours on low.
DO NOT ADD WATER.
