  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 whole banana
  • 2 cups sprouted barley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons oils
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup wonder flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender mix the milk, banana, and sprouted barley for three minutes. Then stop blender and add the eggs, salt, oil vanilla, almond extract, cinnamon, and wonder flour. Blend for 20 seconds. Then stop the blender and add tablespoon baking powder. Pulse the blender three times. Mixture will foam, cook on hot griddle 375-400 degrees.
