Ingredients
- 3 same size bowls
- 2-3 oz cold water
- 4 eggs
- equal portions milk to eggs so less or more depending. this is for 24
- equal portion of flour
- salt/pepper
- vegetable oil or shortening

Preparation
Step 1
combine eggs, pinch of salt and milk. mix with electric hand mixer until combined. Add flour, mix. place in cold place, not in fridge (garage) for 30mins. to 1 hr.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Put 2 teaspoons oil or small dollop of crisco shortening in each muffine cup.
Heat oil in oven until bubly hot or slightly smoking.
Add 2 tbspns cold water to mixture, hand mix it. then fill each cup about 1/2 full with mixture.
Bake 20 mins, keep checking(until golden)
Don't open door to peek
Don't be tempted to make the minis. They don't turn out as well. Make sure oil is piping hot.
