Ingredients
- Step one:
- 1/2 cup wonder flour or fresh ground spelt flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Xagave
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 6 eggs one at a time
- Step three:
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Step four:
- 1 1/2 cups WonderFlour or fresh ground spelt flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Butter Cream Frosting:
- 1 pound soft butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Step one, cream ingredients together.
Add Step two ingredients.
Whisk in Step three ingredients.
Whisk Step four ingredients together and add to step one, two, and three.
Beat till smooth.
Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 16 minutes. This recipe can be used for layer cakes or sheet cakes. Top with butter cream frosting.
Butter Cream Frosting: Cream first 4 ingredients, then add powdered sugar till you like consistency.
