Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 package yeast
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cumin seeds, or fennel seeds; optional

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix honey and water. Sprinkle on yeast, stir. Let stand 5 mins.
2. Mix flour-oil. Knead until smooth. Let rise 45-60 mins.
3. Punch down. Let stand 4 mins.
