White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened,
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, cream butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and cream well.
Stir in flour, oats, white chocolate chips and cranberries with a wooden spoon to combine.
Roll into balls and drop onto lightly sprayed cookie sheets.
Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
Notes
My cookies took close to 16 minutes to bake completely.
White chocolate chips and vanilla chips each work really well with this recipe.
