- 1/3 cup Half & Half
- 3 Eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 8 (1 inch thick) slices French bread

Combine half & half, eggs and vanilla in bowl. Beat with fork or whisk until well mixed.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until sizzling.
bread slices, using tongs or fork, into egg mixture, turning to allow egg mixture to slightly soak both sides. Place into hot skillet. Cook, turning once, 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove to serving plate; keep warm. Repeat with remaining 1 tablespoon butter and bread slices.

Added cinamon was great.
