Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red Chili peppers -- seeded & chopped
- 1 1/2 Cups red bell peppers -- seeded & chopped
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 packet liquid certo

Preparation
Step 1
1. In food processor, blend 1/3 of the vinegar,chili peppers and red bell peppers.
2. Move to enameled pan and rinse out processor with remaining vinegar.
3. Add vinegar to pan and sugar
4. Boil 3 minutes, and add certo. Boil 4 minutes.
5. Remove foam with a slotted spoon.
6. Put in sterile jars.
