NUTELLA COOKIES

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup Nutella
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar -- packed
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

1. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder; set aside.

2. Cream butter, Nutella and sugars; beat in vanilla and egg.

3. Stir in flour mixture, blending well.

4. Shape mixture into ¾-inch balls. Place on greased baking sheets and bake cookies at 375° for about 10 to 12 minutes.
