Ingredients

3 eggs
I cup oil
3/4 c sugar
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
3 c. special K cereal
apricots diced -- optional

Preparation

Step 1

1. mix and shape into rolls - bake @ 350degrees for about 25 mins. COOL, SLICE into 1/2 inch pieces.

2. return to the oven to dry @ 350 degrees for about 10 mins. turn off the oven and leave to dry (20 - 30 mins) or to your personal taste.
