  • 1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Liquid Honey
  • 2 Medium Egg -- lightly beaten
  • 2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Crushed Pineapple -- with juice
  • 1 Cup Grated Carrot

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix dry ingredients together. Make a well in centre and add remaining ingredients. Stir until just blended.

2. Spoon into greased or paper-lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400F for 15-20 min.
