- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs

Step 1
In small mixer bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (1 to 2 minutes). Press batter through colander or drop by teaspoonfuls into soup. Cook until dumplings are tender, (about 6 to 8 minutes).
