  • 12 Slices white bread
  • 1/4 lb cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli (cook and drain)
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 6 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp instant minced onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard



Step 1

Trim crust off bread, cut into donut shapes. Grease 9 x 13 pan, put bread scapes on bottom (not crusts).

Put in cheese, broccoli and ham-arrange donuts of bread on top. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake uncovered at 325 for 55 minutes. Sprinkle some cheese on top and let stand 10 minutes. Cut and serve with 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can mushrooms and 1/2 cup milk heated together.
