Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 4 carrots sliced
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 large box of mushrooms
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and cut into bite size
  • 3 zucchini sliced
  • 1 box cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can pitted medium black olives
  • 1 can cut green beans drained
  • 8 oz mild cheddar cut into chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp dill weed
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt or powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix marinade and pour over vegetables. Marinade for at least 24 hours, in the refrigerator and stir occasionally. Bring to wherever you are serving in the marinade. Drain right before serving.
