Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg well beaten
- 1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen (rinsed and well drained)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tins. Set aside 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix together with the rest of the dry ingredients.
2. combine the egg, butter, and buttermilk. stir into the dry ingredients until just moistened.
3. Toss the blueberries with the reserved tablespoon of flour. Add to the batter nad mix with two or three strokes.
4. Sppon into the prepared muffin tins and bake 20-25 minutes.
