- 3 1/2 lbs. lg. potatoes, cut into wedges

Step 1
In a lg. bowl, combine the first 8 ingred.; add potatoes and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 30-35 min. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning once.
