Ingredients

1 lb. back fin crab meat
1 tsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients with 1 lb. back fin crab meat. Then add 1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise. Place in buttered baking dish. Spread 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise on top - bake about 25 minutes at 375 deg.
