Ingredients
- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 cups Stonewall Kitchen Maple Chipotle Grill Sauce
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1/4 cup jerk seasoning
- Apple Compote
- 6 granny smith apples, peeled & diced
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, olive oil, jerk seasoning. Spread over pork
Marinate 1 hour. Grill pork for about 15 minutes. While grilling, brush with grill sauce. Slice ternerloin and top with grill sauce and apple compote.
To prepare compote, saute apples in butter. Add remaining ingerdients and cook until soft.
