Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple chunks (or 8oz fresh pineapple)
- 1 can peaches (or 4 medium peaches)
- 1 can pears (or 4 medium pears)
- 1 can apricot halves (or 10 medium apricots)
- 6 oz. bottle cherries, if desired
- 1/2 cup butter (I used less)
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp curry powder (I used 1 tsp), if desired
- can substitute allspice

Preparation
Step 1
Layer or combine fruit in casserole dish
Melt butter add sugar and curry powder or allspice and pour over fruit.
Bake at 300* for 1 hour uncovered
To reheat , cover
