Ingredients
- 1 qt. milk
- 1/4 c. rice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/3 c. raisins

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except raisions in 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Bake in 300 deg. oven 1/12 hours then stire in raisins and bake 30 min. more or until liquid is absorbed & pudding is creamy.
