Ingredients
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Rice Wine
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1/4 cup Sesame Oil (toasted)
- 3 Cloves Garlic (smashed)
- 1 tablespoon Ginger (sliced)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 cup Sambal (substitute with a pinch of red pepper flakes)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients for marinade in a large bowl or baking dish.
Add Choice of meat to the Marinade and toss to evenly coat. Cover and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour. (Can be held in marinade up to 8 hours or overnight).
